Children's
Ministry
Our vision at the Clubhouse is
to help kids [CONNECT] to Christ, [GROW] them toward spiritual
maturity and to see them [GO] share God’s love with
others.
Each Sunday we have trained and screened
volunteers that are ready to welcome your child with open arms.
A streamlined electronic check-in process has been put in place
to effectively protect each child that comes to the Clubhouse!
Our goal is for you as a parent to have a stress free and impact-full
worship experience knowing that your child is well cared for.
Nursery
Birth – 2
years
It is our hope that you will find our
nursery filled with warm smiles and loving hearts as we care
for your child. It is here that your child is introduced to
Bible truths for the first time. For our older nursery…kids’ crafts,
simple songs and interactive lessons help reinforce these biblical
truths.
Early Childhood
3 years – Kindergarten
(Adventure Club) Welcome to Adventure Club! Each Sunday we take kids on an adventure
to discover what it would be like to believe and understand that,
God Made Them, God Loves Them, and Jesus Wants To Be Their Forever
Friend. If a child can understand these simple truths we believe
it could make a lasting impact.
During Adventure Club, kids will have
the opportunity to engage in age appropriate creative activities,
songs and Bible stories that will help them master each month’s
key truth.
Elementary Grades 1-5 (Club 252)
Welcome to Club 252! Get ready for an
exciting and action packed place where kids can be kids. Your
child will have a great time as they participate in awesome
worship and hear God’s truths
in a relevant and basic way.
Club 252 is rooted in a verse found in
Luke 2:52 which says, “And
Jesus grew in wisdom and stature, and in favor with God and man.” Simply
put we want kids to model the growth of Jesus (Wisdom, Faith
and Friendship).
Each week we try to instill these 3 basic principles into the
lives of your children.
I need to make the wise choice
I can trust God no matter what
I should treat others the way I want to be treated
We are excited and look forward to being
apart of your child’s
life week in and week out.
Child Check-in
Our child check process has
been designed to enhance the safety of each child that comes
to the Clubhouse. For your convenience we have two check-in stations
outside the Clubhouse classrooms. If you are a first time guest,
we ask that you fill out a quick information sheet before checking
your child in.
Once checked in, you
and your child will receive matching printouts.
These printouts have a randomized number, which make it very
difficult to duplicate. As a parent you need to hold onto your
printout, this is how you will pick-up your child at the end
of the service. Simply provide your copy of the printout to a
Clubhouse greeter and after matching it to your child, we will
release them back to you.
What if I lose my printout? If you have lost your printout by
the time you come to pick your child up please have a valid Drivers
License ready. This may take a little longer to check your child
out, but safety is of the utmost importance to us.
After two consecutive weeks of attendance,
a personalized bar-coded key tag will be given to you to help
make check-in even faster. Simply scan your barcode into one
of our barcode readers and your copies will print out.
What if I forget my
child’s key
tag? No, problem, we can easily search for your child by name
and have them checked in, in just a few seconds.
It is our desire that you will find Harvest Community Church
a fun and safe place to be. |
